      Following the non-attribution of procedure Oil06/P0/2016/089, a new procedure was conducted with the tenderers of the open procedure who were selected in accordance to the exclusion and selection criteria, with the exception of any abnormally low priced tenders, in accordance with Article 12. - 1 (a) and 4 of Annex 1 of the Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046.

      To give an opportunity to any interested company to intervene, the contract will be signed at the earliest 10 days after the publication of this award notice.
