        The purpose of the contract is to help visitors of the Centre in their search for information, to inform them about European policies, and to answer their questions and requests. Questions and requests made by telephone, letter or email from individuals, businesses or public institutions should also be answered. Each month, the Centre receives between 500 and 600 requests (visit, telephone or email).
