Maintenance of catering, kitchen, cafeteria and laundry equipment for collective and protocol catering services
The purpose of this procedure is to select a contractor to provide maintenance services for the catering, kitchen, cafeteria and laundry equipment of the collective and protocol catering services in the 3 interconnected buildings of the Court of Auditors (K1, K2 and K3) located at 12, rue Alcide de Gasperi, L-1615 in Luxembourg.

There are 3 types of services to be provided:
— preventive maintenance services included in the maintenance package (part B point 3.1 of the specifications, price schedule, part I) and the list of equipment in annex 2A), to be carried out throughout the duration of the Contract (‘preventive maintenance services’),
— corrective maintenance services (part B point 3.2 of the specifications, price schedule part II.A and II.B and the list of equipment, annex 2A), to be carried out throughout the duration of the contract (‘corrective maintenance services’),
— additional supplies of spare parts, additional equipment or interventions modifying or replacing existing equipment (part B point 3.3 of the specifications and price schedule part III - hereinafter ‘additional services’).
The list of installations concerned for the contract is set out in Annex 2A of the specifications. Their technical and quantitative description is given by location. All installations are presumed to be in good working condition (see inventory in annex 2B of the specifications). All ancillary equipment, installations and accessories are considered to be an integral part of the installations.
A site visit took place on 3.9.2019 (15:00) at the following address: 12, rue Alcide de Gasperi, L-1615 Luxembourg-Kirchberg, LUXEMBOURG.
Maintenance of the refrigeration installation
Within 2 months of the plaintiff being notified or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to them. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
